Looking for a Lead Hand/Supervisor

Mainly residential excavation, some heavy civil work. May be required to do minimal
amounts of labour work. Responsible for overseeing projects and keeping job and
employees on track/budget. Ensures health and safety protocols are being followed and
maintained.

WHIMIS certification required. (can be provided by M. Riddle Excavating) CPR/First Aid
Training an asset.

Must be experienced in septic installations, basement excavation, water/sewer service
installation and repair, etc.

Must have experience with grades/elevations, layout, etc.

Must have valid Class G drivers license.

Must be organized, a team player, and takes initiative.

We are looking for an experienced equipment operator: mostly for skid steer/small
excavator work. Also, larger excavator, dozer, rubber tire loader, etc.

Must be experienced in working with septic systems. Residential excavation an asset.

Required to do some labour work.
