Wet Basement Excavation

Project Overview

This project involved exterior excavation around the home’s foundation in Westbrook to remove soil and expose the problem area causing basement water intrusion. The site was prepared for subsequent waterproofing and drainage upgrades – ensuring proper grading, access for the membrane installation, and readiness for contractor follow‑on work.
